- 2 pkg frozen crawfish tails, thawed and drained
- 3 pkg cream cheese
- 3-4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Melt butter and saute onions, until tender.
- Add tails, cook until tails curl up...add cream cheese and garlic, and cayenne pepper to taste.
