Crawfish Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 pkg frozen crawfish tails, thawed and drained
  • 3 pkg cream cheese
  • 3-4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Melt butter and saute onions, until tender.
  • Add tails, cook until tails curl up...add cream cheese and garlic, and cayenne pepper to taste.
